This dress code is especially designed to train you to perfection.

It is not required for your first class, but we would like you to obtain it soon as possible. 

You will soon see how and why it is so important.

Jazz & Jazz-Funk:  (children, teens, and adults)

Black jazz pants or jazz shorts

"Classwear"  tank leotard in black or orchid (boys' black or purple T shirt)

Jazz shoes (booty or tie up)

 

Irish Dancing:  (children, teens,  and adults)

Black tights

Black tank leotard

Kelly Green "Stevens" skirt

Tap Shoes - the experts at Capezio will guide you as to the best tap shoe.

 

Scottish Highland Dancing:  (children, teens, and adults) 

Black fitted tank top or leotard

Green or black bike shorts or volley ball shorts

White knee length socks.

Ballet shoes or ghillies

 

Hip-hop:  (children, teens, and adults)

Black jazz pants or black sweats

Solid color T shirt

 (or a T shirt with dance motif acceptable - you can find these at Capezio)

 Dance sneakers or regular sneakers (but cannot have been worn outdoors - shoes must be for dance class only.

 Outside shoes are not permitted in the dance studio.

 

Belly Dance:  (adults)

Comfortable clothes for dancing - bare feet, ballet shoes, or jazz shoes.

A hip sash can be purchased at class from your teacher.

 

Pilates and yoga-ballet:  (adults)

Comfortable clothes for exercising - bare feet.

 

Ballroom/Latin:  (adults)

Comfortable clothes for dancing

Ladies should wear a full skirt.

Dressy dance shoes with a suede bottom (non slip and flexible)

 (not character shoes)
